City & Urban International successful in the CNBC Arabian Property Awards again
There are many outstanding properties being built across Arabia, but which ones are the best? Companies across the entire Arabia market were invited to submit entries for the annual CNBC Property Awards in association with HSBC, to decide this question.
The property business is a highly competitive industry, and this desire to be the best has been channelled by a large number of professionals into entering these awards, which are also supported by eleven separate major professional bodies.
This year’s winners were revealed at a gala presentation dinner held at the Madinat Jumeirah resort in Dubai on the evening of Sunday November 19th. The turnout was tremendous, with over 400 guests representing no less than 13 different countries across Arabia.
City & Urban International won a four star award for Best Real Estate Agency Website for Egypt. The Arabian Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, which have been running for 14 years. Due to their continual growth in size and standing, entries were received from 96 countries in 2008, and successful gala dinners have also been held in Asia, the UK, Europe, the USA and the Middle East to celebrate awards specific to these regions.
Supported by a host of well-respected professional bodies such as FIABCI, NAEA and NHBC to name but several, the awards are judged by an independent team of leading experts in the property, design and construction fields, together with property writers and sponsors.
